just to protect myself from legal liability, by signing up for this site your username and a hashed version (if we get hacked ppl cant tell what ur password is because its like obscured so that we can verify you when logging in but dont know what the password is) of your password along with a token we generate for you so you can authenticate will be stored in our database when you register, and when you login the token will be stored in your cookies for authentication purposes so we can keep you logged in. your posts, reposts, follows, likes are stored on our database as well because that's how the app functions... by clicking register on our register page you agree to this policy and agree that the platform is not liable for any issues regarding your data. we will not explicitly share/sell data to organizations (though, your posts and public interactions are accessible to anyone which uses the platform, including organizations)
